Volunteer
Volunteers are welcome at CCL. Please ask form an application form at the desk. Fingerprinting is required if the volunteer is working with children. Activities for volunteers include helping maintain the library displays, working with programming at all age levels, providing computer tutoring, shelving and processing materials and working with the computer database. The library assumes the cost for this process. Volunteers are recognized at a Volunteer appreciation event each year.
Donate
Donations of quality materials are accepted at the library. Paperbacks must be copyrighted in the last 5 years. Other titles are subject to our selection policy. Donated materials that do not meet our selection policy are sold to benefit Friends of the Library projects. Cash donations are always welcome. Donations of over $100 receive recognition on the appropriate plaque mounted in the main entry of the library.
Join Friends of the Library
Friends of the Combined Community Library is a 501c3 organization that supports the efforts of the library in the school and the community. Friends meets at the library at 5pm every 2nd Thursday of odd-numbered months. Membership dues are $10 per year or $!00 for a lifetime membership.
To join, complete a Friends of the Library Application Form (PDF) and return it to the library.
